WealthPath Collective exists to aggregate the capital of a trusted circle of members and deploy it into opportunities the collective has examined together.
1. Capital aggregation
Members contribute capital into the collective. Contributions are recorded against your investor profile and visible in your dashboard at all times.
2. Deal origination
Any verified member may propose an opportunity. The proposal carries a description, the amount required, minimum ticket size and expected return.
3. Member diligence
Published opportunities are circulated to all verified investors by email. Members review the deal and submit an investment interest with the amount they want to commit.
4. Allocation
Approved commitments are allocated into an investment portfolio with a defined description, expected return and payout frequency.
5. Payouts
Earnings, dividends and returned capital are recorded per investor per payout cycle. You are notified by email each time a payout is applied.
6. Exits
Need liquidity? Request to sell part or all of your position from your dashboard and the collective sources a buyer.
